The rooms and apartments are arranged on four levels and nearly all of them are on the ground floor.
The 16 double rooms all have private bathroom with shower, air conditioning (on request, extra charge), plus extra bed if required and veranda.
The bilocali apartments have 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and cooking facilities in one of the bedrooms or outside on the small veranda, and telephone.
The monolocali apartments have one bedroom with a kitchenette inside or outside on the small veranda, bathroom with shower and telephone.
